He is also a certified technician with Watkins Wellness servicing all Hotsprings & Caldera Spas, but it doesn't stop there. Tip of the day! When you see LO displayed on your heater, the heater has sensed low flow and will not allow to heat. Always a good idea to check your skimmer and pump baskets for any debris and make sure we are cleaning them as needed.. especially with our recent weather we've been having.

Some inground pools have a sump pit to help collect ground water surrounding the pool preventing possible damages. If you have one, ensure the sump pump is plugged into the installed outlet and the pump is working. In this case, pump was plugged in but no power at the outlet.
