Maintenance Package

We offer twice a week visits to your home to provide pool vacuuming, general cleaning, and check chemistry levels. We also inspect your equipment operation and advise on condition or recommend repairs. All chemicals included!

Pool Maintenance package at $670 per month.

You choose the dates and we will be there!

We don't have control of the weather, but we do have control to adapt. A blue tarp, some lumber we found under a deck, a couple of screws, and our shelter was made. New Jet pump, Heater Assembly, and Shaft seals performed.

Meet our newest member of the team Dustin Kubi!! Dustin has over 8 years of spa experience. He is also a certified technician with Watkins Wellness servicing all Hotsprings & Caldera Spas, but it doesn't stop there. He has a vast knowledge with Artisan spas, Cal spas, Pacific spas, and H20 spas just to name a few. We welcome him with a great deal of recognition in his abilities, ideas, and brining a positive attitude everyday. We're so happy to have Dustin on our team. If you see him, make sure to say hi!

Not everyone has time to be looking after there pool and or spa, and our summers are short. At Lanson Pools & Spas, we believe in caring for your backyard paradise and delivering the services that you deserve. We will treat your pool and spa as if it was our own. With every visit you will get a detailed service report showing what was completed and any chemicals we might have added with the dosages added to your pool. Plus, we will attached picture of your pool to complete. This will be emailed to you at every visit before we leave your property! Our pool maintenance package is priced at $647.00 each month. Equipment relocation & skimmer replacement. Presentable, functional, and simple!

Tip of the day! When you see LO displayed on your heater, the heater has sensed low flow and will not allow to heat. Always a good idea to check your skimmer and pump baskets for any debris and make sure we are cleaning them as needed.. especially with our recent weather we've been having.

Caring for spa chemistry is absolute key to spa ownership success. Spa water with high hardness will start to scale up the sp equipment and on your spa shell. Neglect the chemistry further, your spa risks leaks at equipment and can cause your equipment to stop working.

Beautiful sunset on a Friday evening service call out by Ste Anne, MB. Clients pool pump failed that day just before his party. We responded with a new pool pump and a little bit of plumbing, he was ready to host his weekend pool party.

Some inground pools have a sump pit to help collect ground water surrounding the pool preventing possible damages. If you have one, ensure the sump pump is plugged into the installed outlet and the pump is working. In this case, pump was plugged in but no power at the outlet.
